Communication is Mission Critical
We decided early on that we would put systems in place so that our communication with customers would be seamless, so that our estimates would leave in a timely manner and so that our projects would all have established milestones and goals with hard due dates to meet customer deadlines. In the end we have created a company that thrives off of referrals and our success is completely due to the dedication and commitment that we have made by making our customer’s satisfaction our end goal.
Customers that continue to return and work with Denver Concrete Inc tell that they do so because they know that we will deliver what was promised. Every project has its own problems, it is how a company deals with those programs that ultimately decides the quality of that company. Denver Concrete Inc is so committed to our customer’s satisfaction that we have written a complete “customer satisfaction guarantee”. It is mission critical that all of our customers are nothing but completely satisfied with their project.
Not only does Denver Concrete Inc have a customer satisfaction guarantee but there is a 12 month warranty on all concrete installations unless otherwise noted in specific contracts. So in the end working with Denver Concrete Inc is a no risk transaction, if you are not happy we will do everything that we can to make sure you are completely satisfied with your project.
